a poem written by a terminally ill girl in a hospital

Ever told your child, we’ll do it tomorrow?
And in your haste not see his sorrow?

Ever lost touch, Let a good friendship die
Cause you never had time To call & say “Hi”?

You’d better slow down. Don’t dance so fast.
Time is short. The music won’t last.

When you run so fast to get somewhere
You miss half of the fun of getting there.

When you worry & hurry through Your day,
It is like an unopened gift…Thrown away.

Life is not a race. Do take it slower
Hear the music Before the song is over

Super thought of the day!-It was meant to be.

Whatever is showing up in your current experience is meant to be there or it wouldn't be.

I can't anything more comforting than this. Why did I make the decisions that I made? Because they looked right to me at that point in time. Why did I not get through Capitaland.  Every bit of my existence knows that I left no stone unturned. Why did I lose my job? Why did they have to call back the team in Jan10 just to return in May? I lost my job because of that decision. They could have offered me a solution but they chose not to! I did not find anything for the next 6 months. There was no way I would have tried in advertising if I had the job because it would not pay! Why did Interbrand not offer me or the companies I kept applying to while I was in Singapore? Why did that consultant from randtad in July when I was in India and not earlier? I have no idea which application did she respond to? I had been applying.

I was meant to have the JWT experience, promodome and bullshit! I was meant to go through the crap and whatever it is even happening right now.

All this is a part of my life experience. Malayesh is dead. Had he made a different decision in the choice of campus placement, MBA, day, dinner, time, he would have been alive! The fact is he is dead because it was meant to happen. Otherwise, he would have had a kid by now and he would have been enjoying the bliss of life with his wife.

Just do your work. The mission is happiness. I have been trying to seek my happiness and I have just had a lot of missed-takes. Let me shoot again till I hit happiness and it is mine. If I am meant to live, I will live. If I am not meant to live, I won't. Don't kill yourself.

Lets live each day as the first and the last day of life. Yesterdays are dead. Tomorrows are not guaranteed. so just do what you can. If Helen Keller could say that

"All was not lost" after losing 3 of her senses, how can all be lost for me? And what did she do to create what happened to her? Nothing. There is a thing called destiny. Forgive yourself. You have always done the best to seek happiness. You will only get what's there is your share.

Whatever is showing up in your current experience is meant to be there or it wouldn't be. There would have been something else.

I am grateful...

for the company and proximity of people I love
for the love of my family
for a healthy mind and body
for the education that has taught me to think
for some great folks I call friends
for work that excites me
for a super set of people as colleagues
for a mind full of dreams
for a belief that I can achieve them
for times that made me stronger
for a spirit to never say die
for the attitude of an incorrigible optimist
for the past which had a reason
for the future I want to create
for the present that is present
for the uncertainty of it all
for a healthy dose of insanity
for every moment I breathe

for being alive!

super thoughts of the day!

Blessed are those who recognize how blessed they are.

All the world's a game. It's just screwed up. change the rules.

Smile every second. You are alive!

The philosophy kicks in today. Life is a roller coaster that they have always said it is. There will be a high tide and there will be a low tide.

It will go on till the last breath in the body. The main important point is that it is all a part of the experience and we will only get our share of life.

Enjoy it. smile every second for one single reason that we are blessed with the gift of life.

Just one reason.

Patience

To wait is killing, perhaps the most irritating things in the world. When you don't know how far the tunnel extends ( J K Rowling) or you don't know when the results will show up as they only show up when they want to....

but what's great about it that....

you have got something or someone worth waiting for :) :) :) :) i love my optimism.

"When life's problems seem overwhelming, look around and see what other people are coping with.

You may consider yourself fortunate."

happiness

Happiness will never come to those who fail to appreciate what they already have
