Accountability!

I agree with the quote..."tell the world what you are going to do, but first show it."

However, I do think it is a good idea to share your plans and goals with people you think care. Why? It is bacause they will keep asking you for progress and you will stay accountable! cheers.

Another thought. I shared my card with a friend who liked it as everyone does! However, she looked at "health freak" and questioned me with a naughty look because I was coughing! And it reminded me to stay true to what my card says.

so you see, transparency also helps me in staying accountable! I think it's important.
