a guy went to the doc and said- hey doc, "when I move my hand up and down, it makes a crackling sound and pains a lot! see, like this"
he did it a few times and said...please help me get out of this pain.......

the doc looked at him with a strange look in his eyes and said as a matter of fact- "well, the solution to your problem is-----

don't do it!!!





what a simple and profound message! if something gives you pain, don't do it!!! do what gives you pleasure. life is too short to spend on things and people who give you pain!!!! get rid of them!

her words were empty, her promises were empty, she did not have 5 minutes in 24 hours to talk to someone she professed to love, her life was all about her friends, clubs, parties with different names and her responsibilities to make them happen, she did not call, she did not receive calls, she would be rude and casual when she did, she would disconnect calls, she did not care when he was sick, she did not care about whats going on in his life for months, she made one excuse or the other to disguise her actions, she would not have time to meet or even chat when he went home after months for a short time after all, she would apologise and she would forget, she said on the top of it all that she did not need him as if he forgot when once she said that he should stop sticking to her during perhaps the worse phase in his life, she would say things and then carelessly forget again and again and again.....she had no respect for her own words, or anything else ......

he tried a lot, he tried asking her to buzz him and he would call if she was to busy to call, he forgave her again and again when she did not act on her words in hope, he accepted so many times that she must have been busy, he bore her rudeness which he did not deserve at all, there was no reason he deserved the way she was treating him for no matter where he was in this world, he did his best to talk to her everyday because he loved her and he wanted to but she had more important things on her schedule, something always more important than him!!!!!!

he trusted her and she belied his trust again and again. And finally, they broke apart. And still he is in pain for he loved her. She did not deserve his love not does she deserve a single thought of hers in his mind.

But, at the end of it all,

he is embarassed at his own choice. He tried his best to save the relationship even after bearing everything, but it ended.

He needs to move on because he deserves better things and better people.
