Understanding Life
Life can only be understood backwards. However, it must only be lived forwards.

i think, life can be understood forwards as well.
calls for tremendous mental work though.
how so? you know nothing about what's forward- i mean through the rough sketch we call plans, we do but then it's a rough sketch.
