in hibernation! whatever it takes!

we will talk about, dream, yearn, crave to be what we inherently want to be--- all our lives. either we will have spent our lives living our dreams or wishing that we did!! how would you tell anyone to follow their dreams when you did not follow yours! folks, i am going in partial hibernation for a while. will be back!

i am in hibernation till i get my book ready. The goal must be met. I am putting everything on hold. including finding my girl.

watever it takes. come hell or high tides. come what may. i will be a writer.p.s i will access the blog.

Life

well, if life would choose to behave this way--------we are at war!

Marriage and Age

here is my conclusion.

Age has nothing to do with marriage. NOTHING

it is much more important to know if you are marrying the right person than it is to know if you will be able to make any babies or not!!! who cares?! i mean think about it!

people marry early because they think that age will cross and they will not be able to reproduce!! hello!! what kind of a reason is that?! i am not saying it's not important, what i am saying just do not marry anyone you do not even know properly just because you must have children!!

its preposterous and it's all pervasive!!

i reject the idea. here is a reason to get married.

you know someone you do not want to live without and vice versa. :)

My idols

You know I do not actually care about everything that happens in this world. who does anyways?!

I am interested in what i am interested in. And there are some people I highly admire in each of those fields. These people inspire me. They continue to define the underlying reasons at times for what I do. Yes, they inspire me. I call comfortably call them my idols.

Lets look at some of my passions and the people I admire in that field;-

Business- I admire a lot great great businessmen who have changed the world. They are reason for the kind of lifestyle we live today. For example, I can write this blog because Bill Gates and Microsoft help me have a computer with the software that runs them. Google helpe me find anything i want. Sunil Mittal puts voice into my Mobile phone. And the likes.

However, I must identify someone who inspires me the most for his attitude towards the business, his personality, for he is the brand. I love Richard Branson. I love him. His life has been a dream. Incredible. The way he has acheived whatever he has achieved without giving a damn what the world thinks of him. There are hardly many management books which won't have a mention of him.

Yes, my idol in Business-----Richard Branson

Politics and Public Speaking----i love Barack Obama. Every time I hear him speak, something within me, changes. He inspires me to the core. I have read his autobiography and a know about his beginning and life. It's not fluff. He has had a tremendous life which was not easy growing up as a Black American in a white prejudiced country and with a father who only saw him once!!!

He just received the Nobel Peace Prize. I do not want to get into its rightness but I know he stands for what he says. Till BO happened, I did not have any idols in Politics, anywhere. Now i have.

Writing---oh, this one is tough. I read a lot and many people through their writing have left indelible marks on my conscience. I aim to be a professional writer also. So, this one is tough. I know I cannot ignore Dale Carnegie, who completely changed me as a person. Ayn Rand's writing is like a intellectual orgasm at every page. Sensational. I love her writing, although I picked the 'fountainhead' very late. And Jack Canfield who has categorically broken down every single element of success which I swear by. So these 3 make the list, although there are many more.

The marriage of my sister!

My sister just got married. I love her and I miss her, although I won't tell her.

you know, she has a new home now. she actually has two homes now. we have new relatives. this was perhaps the most important decision we have made as a family. It looks a wise decision made so far.

i like my brother in law or this marriage would not have happened i guess ;) for such a selfish creature I am haha. Actually my sister also likes him, which I believe is more important.

the thing is, you see, when a girl gets married, she changes. I think the same is true for a man also. It is a transformation or at least supposed to be so.

I think i love my sister even more now. I have high respect for her, for her love and the contribution she has made to this family. I know it. I also know she will make a similar contribution to the family she is a part of now.

i am happy i was here to attend the marriage and be a part of it. it could have been otherwise. i do not know what meetu seeks when she looks in our eyes now, after marriage. i do not know what is she thinking. I do not know what kind of thoughts are crossing her mind. I am happy that her husband will take care of her. He and his family are really loving.

I do not know what the hell have i been writing! anyways, all the best meetu. i am always around :)
